Home care isn’t just a business to me—it’s a personal mission. With 15+ years of experience in EMR, homecare technology, and revenue cycle implementation, I’ve seen firsthand how the right systems can transform care for seniors and ease the burden on families. I’ve held executive roles at HHAeXchange and Sandata Technologies, led hospitals through digital transformations with Epic EMR, and worked with Public Partnerships LLC to improve fiscal management in home care programs. At SCFA, I’m not just helping agencies grow—I’m working to ensure that every senior gets the care, dignity, and support they deserve.

My early work with CMS gave me an inside understanding of how regulations actually function, and why so many agencies struggle to keep up.
Over the years, I’ve helped more than 100 organizations earn accreditation from The Joint Commission, ACHC, and CHAP, while guiding teams through Medicare, HHS, RAC, ZPIC, and UPIC audits and representing them in ALJ cases. My specialties include regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, audit management, and operational development across home health, hospice, nursing homes, behavioral health, and outpatient facilities.
